Availability for the Always-On Enterprise
We are gradually upgrading customers from 9.0 to 9.5 and have noticed that the console seems much slower in 9.5

I can confirm this.
9.5 console takes quite a long time to start on both physical and virtual systems in different environments.
Usually best time to get a cup of coffee, but when you're in a rush, it's painfuly slow.
