Veeam 9.5 Restore single SQL database

Hi,
Here a basic question,
I want to duplicate a database SQL with a previous restore on the same SQL server, but with a different name of course.
As i'm not expert, could you tell me which is the correct option to perfom this
when i'm on Veeam (9.5) Explorer for MS SQL Server I have those 4 options (I do not click them because i'm not sure what will provide, and I do not want to erase my production database by mystake!)

is those option will open another windows with name rename ?

Restore state of DATE
Restore to another server
Export state of DATE
Export to another folder

May I ask you additionnal help (I had created another topic, but maybe it's useless? = tape-f29/veeam-9-5-sql-database-restore ... 74729.html)
It will be also with a tape (LTO), is the process is different than with disk restore ?

You will need to restore VM backup to repository before executing restore (as Egor's adviced) - other than that everything should be the same. Thanks!
