Can Veeam alert when a job is disabled ?

Veeam B&R audits the performed activities, I believe it includes job enable/disable actions as well. Maybe that will be helpful.

Additionally, you can use Veeam ONE (part of Veeam Availability Suite) that has a predefined alert for that (disabled job state), exactly what you need > Veeam Backup & Replication Alarms

Where about in the predefined reports, I saw this on your link
Backup job disabled

Job is disabled for more than 12 hours.

Warning

Automatic

Job is in a disabled state for more than allowed time period.

I cant see in Veeam ONE the predefined alert for disabled job state

Did you open Veeam ONE Monitor Client and navigate to Alarm Managemnet -> Backup & Replication -> "Backup Job Disabled State"? It's all there
