Does anyone know if it is supported to run Veeam alongside vSphere Replication?
We obviously don't like single points of failure, and though we're very happy with Veeam it's good to have a fall back position.
I wouldn't usually question this, but thinking about things like CBT makes me wonder if there could be a conflict...
Thanks,
Tom

Re: Veeam alongside vSphere Replication
Hi Tom,
There will be no CBT conflict, as each job will be storing its own CBT info, the same refers to using both backup and replication job against the same VM. To be on the safe side, I would suggest using different job scheduling in order not to stress your VM with creating and committing two snapshots at the same time.
Thanks!
