Veeam and DellEmc VMAX integration using "USI API"

Hi,

I work for DellEMC Vmax product development group.
We are trying to come up with a POC to evaluate Veeam integration with VMAX storage array by using Veeam's "Universal Storage Integration API".

Being completely new to Veeam, i am trying to understand the steps a vendor need to perform to come up with a Veeam dev environment.
Where can i locate more information on "Universal Storage Integration API"?
What are the requirements for the vendor plugin?
Whom to contact for technical queries on storage integration issues during development?
