Veeam Application Aware Processing - Backup and Replication

We run daily backups of our servers and also hourly replication for our file and exchange servers

On the back job I currently have Application Aware Processing enabled, however I was wondering if I can also enable this on the Replication Job or if this will cause issues between the backup and replication jobs?

Hi Sean,

You can enable application-aware image processing for both backup and replication jobs. But keep in mind that if you're hosting Exchange or SQL Server application in these VMs, then it would be better if you configure log truncation only for one job.
