For several years we have been using this version of the product in the free version without any problems. Now the problem is the following - there are only 7 backup tasks, but backups of some virtual machines are not made, because it swears at the license.
When viewing the license, you can see that some tasks are duplicated and occupy a license.
Tell me how to fix this?

The job settings were changed, because initially the machines clung directly from the ECX host, and now they are made through the VCSA

I see, that's the issue Whenever you back up an object from an ESXi host or a vCenter Server directly it gets a unique moref ID and this is how all objects in vSphere are tracked. These more IDs are different on the ESXi and vCenter Server, so the software treats those objects as different ones.
Have you tried revoking the license key for VM backups with old moref ID (obtained from the host)?
