Veeam B&R Apps slow

Hi everyone,

I have Veeam B&R install on a physical server and everytime i'm trying to open the apps it is so long, every clic inside the apps take over a minute to publish the information on the right pane. i do not really know why and what i can look for first.

My server config is more than enough;
HP proliant 2 xeon processor, 24gb ram
Veeam version: 7.0.0.871

Sebastien, do you have Veeam B&R database on the same machine? What is the size of the database? When you've started to observe this behavior - from the very beginning (since Veeam B&R installation) or some time has passed? How about resource consumption on this server? Does this machine also plays proxy or repository role(s)?

The database size is about 1.3Gb, All services into the same box. It connect to 1 tape Library, 1 disk unit and 1 VMware server 4.0 ( enterprise licence, 2 CPu) that have 1 storage unit
Ressource are low <5%cpu, 4gb RAM used, other Windows feature work fine.

Please open a support case with our technical support. If this issue is database related (which is most likely), they will be able to perform database clean up for you.
