I am unable to run any jobs since installing Veeam Backup 4.0, just wondering whether I have missed a trick somewhere...

In attemp to fix this I have removed Veeam Instance of SQL express, relocated old databases somewhere else and clean installed Veeam 4 which installed SQL express as new as it saw fit. Old SQL express DBs out the equation.
The actual error I get apon running a new job is:
Failed to connect to "127.0.0.1:9392"
No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it 127.0.0.1:9392
Default port was left to 9392 during install.
I have checked and double check Windows Firewall and it appears to be off.
Any help appreciated, I'm stummped and without backups
