Veeam backup and SCO UNIX with Apache

We have on a server VMWare. On this are Windows and SCO UNIX virtual machines.
Another server run the Veeam Backup & Replication.
The Windows backups run excellent, but the SCO UNIX during backup stop the Apache sometimes ( what on SCO UNIX run ).
What settings do you recommend to avoid the error log?
Have you any idea?

Do you use VMware Tools quiescence for this Unix VM? Also what time does this issue occur, during snapshot commit operation?
