Veeam Backup Extractor

I have two backups from two different machines. Both files are .vbk. One machine backups from a dedicated Veeam machine using backup and replication. The other backed up using Veeam Windows Agent. When I use Veeam Backup Extractor I can view the contents of the .vbk once it extracts just fine on one backup but the other that backed up using the window agent shows no file types ... can anyone assist?

Veeam Backup Extractor cannot be used for Veeam Agent backups.
You may import this backup files to a VBR server and export the content as virtual disks.
