Veeam Backup Issues?

Current setup is new Veeam B&R 12.2 Advanced with Veeam One
vCenter 8.03b
3 Esxi Host 8.03b
Synology Nas for backup

vCenter Server and Veeam Server not on the domain

I have tried to setup vm backups but getting (veeam error 3004 AM Failed Connecting to guest OS via VIX Error: Cannot connect to host over web services. Login: . Guest Login: Failed to execute Pwdkey Could not run program  error )

RCP protocal and everthing else passes

The vCenter account that I connnect it to inside veeam is a local admin account like admin@vphere.local do I add this somewhere to get it to work??

As this is a technical issue, please open a Support Case as is noted when creating a topic. Be sure to include logs for Veeam Support to review. (Use the 1st radio button to select jobs to export from, and select the affected job)

The error itself is coming from VMware when we're trying to connect to the GuestOS to perform Application Aware Processing. The error indicates it's trying to connect over the VMware HTTP Web Services (formerly VIX); by default, Veeam will try a network connection first to reach the GuestOS, then it will try to connect through VMware to reach the GuestOS.

Can you confirm, does the VIX test succeed when you Test Credentials in the job wizard? (Step 4)
