Veeam backup notification

Hello,

My customer has a Veeam Backup platform, and he stopped receiving backup status notification.
His Veeam support contract has expired.
Can it be related?

Hello Jonathan,
It should not be related. Support expiration doesn't affect product functionality.
Have all notifications stopped working?

Hello,

The only notification the customer receives is "Support Expired".
The backup notification status is not sent.

Is there an history on Veeam of all notification sent?

Strange. Let me double-check it with QA team.
I think info about notifications history can be found only in logs.

Have you tried going to the Veeam console, General Options, Email settings and pushing the "Test Message" button?

Hello,

Test message works from General Options.
Notifications recipient are not configured their. They are configured in the backup job.

Have you tried to configure the job to obey global settings(for troubleshooting purposes)?
I've confirmed with R&D that notifications logic doesn't change after support expiration. They are trying to confirm if it's a bug.

QA didn't confirm the behavior.
Please check if e-mail notifications are enabled in global settings.
