Hello,
Looks like the way to go is to create a simple backup job with incremental backup method and weekly Full, second job to run only full backups monthly + backup to tape job running monthly using the second backup job as source.
Do you consider secondary disk storage as well? Thanks!

second job to run only full backups monthly?? how to do that because I must choose incremental or reverse job + active full or synthetic full. I can't do only full if I understand

You need to schedule the job to run monthly and to make Active Full backups monthly. This way, all runs will create full backups.
Thanks!

May I ask you, how long do you want to keep those monthlies and weeklies? You may want to consider backup copy jobs to implement required GFS retention to some other location without touching the production VMs.
