Hello,
I'm not aware of any KB. If you think that information is missing in the user guide, then you can use the "send feedback" button on the bottom of each page in helpcenter.

To answer your question:
Arrow down: full backup
Arrow forward: forward incremental
Arrow backward: reverse incremental
with cloud: data available in the cloud (too)
