Veeam backup & Replication Integration

Post by thunderconsult »

Hello everyone
I need some help on a migration issue
I have a company that uses office365, opendrive and onedrive. They now want to migrate to Veeam
but the problem is they want to be able to keep their old system. They want to be able to backup data
to onedrive and opendrive and backup office 365 as well. I am not sure how to proceed with this
I am thinking about getting a MS Azur stokage
but how do I get everything moved over to Azur and have office365 backup included
will I be able to do that with Veeam backup and replication ??

Hi,

OneDrive is supported by Veeam Agent for Windows. For Office 365 there is a product called Veeam Backup for Microsoft Office 365. Does the company have physical or virtual infrastructure, or is it mixed?

Thanks

Thank you so much for the answer. I think I will have backup job to the veeam server then make a copy job to onedrive.

Yes The company does have 2 physical servers and They recently added 2 virtual servers
They Want to be able to backup The physical and the VM server in the same time.
I know Veeam backup and replication works well for VMs but I am kinda lost with physical backups :( :(

There are two product for physical backups: Veeam Agent for Windows and Veeam Agent for Linux. Do you have some particular questions that you need to be answered?

Thanks
