Good morning,
i am new in this forum and i have a problem.
We still use Veeam Backup & Replication 9.5.0.1038 in our company and in the backup job I get the following error:
Error: Source host <IP> requires Veeam integration components to be upgraded.
The "Upgrade Button" in the Tab "Backup Infrastructur" is greyed out by managed servers.
Can you please give me a solution.

Are on Hyper-V or vSphere platform?
Have you checked if Veeam components (Veeam Backup Transport, Veeam Hyper-V Integration, Veeam Installer Service) are started?

Good. I would also check the the components' versions. If it's same as VBR version, try to restart them.
Another resolution is to upgrade VBR to the latest u3 and all components will also be updated.
