Veeam Backup & Replication with Veeam Endpoint

Can I use both Veeam endpoint backup and Veeam Backup & Replication for a VMware Server 2008R2 server? Will one backup cause any interference with the other if ran at different times?

I am currently using Veeam Endpoint and am doing a 30 day trial of Veeam Backup & Replication

Even when VB&R trial license expires, you will be able to backup VMs. If you're after ability to schedule backups in VB&R Free Edition, kindly, check this blog post (written by yours truly). Thanks.
