Veeam backup service won't work after update1 (v9.0.0.1491)

I have installed server 2012 R2 with full update and installed veeam v9.0.0.902. So it is work fine. But when I install update1 (v9.0.0.1491) veeam backup services won't be work. Is there anyone know this issue.

Could you elaborate on the exact issues you have? The backup services don't get started automatically? Backup and replication jobs fail? Something else? Thanks.

Dear Vilademir,
there is no an other issue. I have tried on real production area and test area. The result are same. I have installed new clean Windows 2012 R2 and veeam v9.0.0.902. It's work fine. When I tried to update to v9.0.0.1491 after update veeam backup service is not working. I have restart to server and tried to manuel start to services but the result same. not working. There is no job no fail.

If our services stay in non-working state even after manual execution, it's worth contacting our support team and letting them confirm your environment. Thanks.

Dear Vilademir,
I have test it on server 2008 R2 there is no problem. It is working fine. Only don't work on server 2012 R2. I will send to log data to your support team today.

Dear Vilademir,
I have found our problem. Our server 2012 regional settings were Turkish. It must be English before installation. So I have changed regional settings ans reinstall again. It is working fine. So we can close this case. Thank you for yaour help and interest.

I test regulary our software with German OS versions and German regional settings. So far no problems.
Did you opened a support case? Did support send you and patch for this? I think it is important to follow up and fix this.

I wrote this issue to support of veeam. May be they will release a new patch. Finally they knoe the this issue. I am waiting to new update.
