Hi,
i have an issue on Veeam backup 6.5 (i know is quite old version..).
Tryng to run a linux guest guest file lever restore, the program stuck on "mounting Vm disk to FLR appliance" .
there is a single host on that environment. It seems that veeam could not create the flr appliance, i cannot see the VM on the host.
After 10 minutes the process failed with "Mount with leaseId xxxxx.... already activated".
any ideas would be appreciated tryng to resolve this issue,
thanks All,
Regards

Re: veeam backup stuck mounting FLR appliance
My first advice would be to upgrade to a newer version as it might be resolved already. May I ask why you are still running 6.5 ?

Re: veeam backup stuck mounting FLR appliance
I know we have some old installations.. It's time to upgrade to newer versions..
But no Idea how to resove this issue? Every time needed this feature on 6.5 , works perfectly..
Thanks

Re: veeam backup stuck mounting FLR appliance
It's rather hard to say what might be wrong with almost 5-year old product version. So, it's indeed recommended to update to the latest product version (9.5 U1) and see whether the issue persists.
Since direct update from 6.5 is not supported, kindly, contact our support team for assistance with taking your installation to the current version.
Thanks.
