Veeam Backup to MyCloud

I am testing the Backup and Replication software and when I tried to add Backup Repository using MyCloud NAS, I got an error message stating "Failed to get disk free space" every time.

I was able to browse to the network folder using Windows Explorer and the login credential.

I added the following registry as suggested in the forum but still no luck. Any suggestion?

Can you please try any other file share, just to exclude the possibility of an issue with SMB protocol implementation on this specific NAS device? Thanks!
