Veeam backup transport

I'm using Veeam Backup and Replication ver. 11 and by mistake It has been upgraded "backup transport component" to ver. 12 while the others components (Mount service, installer service, vpowerNFS,) are always to ver. 11.
Veeam backup transport has been upgraded on Veeam server which is the repository server.
Can I only reinstall "Veeam backup transport" to ver. 11 ?
Now veeam backup show these message: Failed to rescan repository "repositoryName" error: backup server version 11.0.1.1266 is not compatible with installer service on..

Sorry to hear about the issue here -- did the v11 VBR server get added to another v12 VBR by chance or do you know how this happened? (perhaps as a repository?)

Fixing this is fairly simple but it's important to understand how it happened so it doesn't happen again.

A Repair Installation should assist here. Manually uninstalling the Transport and Installer service may run into some issues, so I would advise against it without assistance from Veeam Support. (And regrettably v11 is End of Support)

May I ask, is there a reason that you don't want to upgrade to v12 for this VBR server? That would also be a valid way to approach this, and v12 offers quite a few new features (Malware Detection, new workload protections, etc), so if it's feasible, consider completing the upgrade to v12.

I resolved issue.
I found out backup transport msi package (ver 11) inside B&R server so I removed 12 backup transport service and I installed the old one (ver 11)
I edit repositories configuration and I apply again the same configuaration, now Veeam works fine again on this server
