Veeam change server and database

Actually my company has the next scenario
* 1 Veeam Backup and replication Version 11.0.1.1261, the OS is Windows 2012 R2 and physical machine.
* 150 jobs all with hyperV Vmachines
* SQL Database 2012 remote, the database is in Dedicated instancia in another SQL 2012 Server.
Requerimients
Migrate all configuration without affect backup infrastructure and jobs
Migrate Veeam to virtual machine with Windows 2019 server and SQL 2016 or 2019
Keep The same name and IP address of Veeam Backup server

We can backup the configuration database en V11 veeam server and after only Restore this backup in the new server?

ok thanks for your reply. But i have another question , can i apply this procedures using a new SQL server version , actually is sql 2012 and now we need to deploy SQL 2016. Thanks.

Yes, of course. You will install Veeam B&R on a new server before restoring configuration database, you can specify Microsoft SQL 2016 instance during installation, it is supported. All the requirements for the backup server including database engine are summarized in this table.
