Veeam closing case without any reply.

It happened a few days ago, I opened a case 00687853 for slow reseller reply to quote renovation. (pretty weird to open a case for this but is true). Not sure if I'm doing something wrong but veeam support just closed the case without any answer to my case.

Is there any way to report this issue.

Josue, according to the case notes, reseller has provided you with the quote last week. I recommend contacting reseller once again and check your Junk folder for e-mail from them.

I guess I'm unable to view those notes. So thanks Foggy, pretty weird to end up int he public fourms when I expect reply from customer service.

Yes, the notes are internal. I assume engineer just decided to close the case without any notification after making sure you were contacted by reseller.
