HI,
I use Veeam and my backups are reverse incremental. I plan on using Veeam Cloud and Amazon Glacier. How does Veeam reverse incremental work with the cloud? I have a 30 day retention policy /restore points with a reverse incremental on backup job for one server. Does it create a new full backup every 30 days? I am concerned about the data transfer cost ect....
Also what is best practice for using Veeam to backup to the cloud? Should I not use reverse incremental?

Re: Veeam Cloud backup type?
In case of copying backup data to Amazon Glacier, it's recommended to use forward incremental mode, instead of reversed incremental one; since with the latter each day completely new full backup will be transferred to the cloud storage. Thanks.
