B&R Config Database encrypted connection?

Folks,

We have the B&R Configuration Database in an external SQL server (Windows Server 2022, SQL Server 2022).
Is it possible to use encrypted connections between the backup server and the SQL server? For example, on the client side:

"Server=db-prod-driftinfo.resource.dir1.local;Database=Driftinfo;MultipleActiveResultSets=true;Encrypt=True"

Not yet. It requires changes on VBR side first.
But we know about the request for encrypted connections to the configuration database server (MSSQL + PostgreSQL).

I take back this old thread, because I'm wondering if now with Veeam v12.3.1 the situation is still the same as before or something has changed.

I have a customer interested in using encryption in the connection with the following three Veeam products and their respective configuration DB server:
- VBR
- VBEM
- VONE

Our latest update for Veeam Backup & Replication (v12.3.1) added TLS connection support for the PostgreSQL configuration databases.

Thanks for your quick answer. Talking about PSQL, I already knew that, but since I didn't find anything related to SQL Server in the Veeam Doc, I'm wondering if it is the same also for that product.
My customer in this case has an Always-On SQL Server cluster hosting the Veeam DBs.
