Veeam Enterprise Manager - Browsing file scope

Post by mamosorre84 »

Hello,

I'm configuring our Veeam EM 9.5 for restore operator purpose.

I've done some tests and I see that in the browse machine files tab I'm able to choose, after selecting a VM, backup restore point for every day before today and replica restore point for today.

I explain better: we have configured backup job every day at 7 pm, and replica job for the same machine every hour.

When I click on the calendar icon to choose an available restore point I can see that..is it a normal behaviour?

Other question..is it possible to limit the restore point scope only to backup jobs?

Thanks

Marco

Hey Marco,

Nope, that's not normal behavior. You should see all the restore points along with the replicas.
You cannot limit restore point scope to the certain type.

Please contact the support team for deeper investigation, since it's hard to help you with this case through the forum. Thanks!
