Veeam Enterprise Manager
Email notifications from Veeam Enterprise Manager and the backup start and end times mentioned in the email do not match with the actual backup start and end times. What could be the reason?

Hello Parvez
The Enterprise manager report shows you the time when a VM started it's protection. VM processing never starts at the exact time a job is scheduled. First it takes some second or few minutes to build a list of all VMs to protect.
Then, VMs will be protected as long as there are free task slots on the proxy and repository available. Some VMs have to wait for longer time until they are processed.
You can check in the VBR session details. The times should match with the enterprise manager report.
--> VM processing started at 23.08.2023 12:01:01
--> Processing finished at 23.08.2023 12:02:12
If they don't match, please open a support case and let our customer support team troubleshoot the situation.
Don't forget to share the case number with us.

Thank you for opening the case. I checked the comments and the issue is related to a bug where we show the times in the EM report in the UTC time zone. The bug is scheduled to be fixed in Veeam Backup & Replication v12a.
