Veeam enterprise manager timeout after trying to login

Hi,

This morning I tried to login on veeam enterprise manager v8 however I get a timeout.

Url tried: Remotely: - http://hostname:9080/
Locally on the veeam b&r server: http://localhost:9080/

We are able to navigate the login page, however after inputting our user credentials we get a timeout.

No changes happened, except few months ago we appliedpatch 1 8.0.0.917 to our veeam b&r
Is it possible that this is because veeam em is not on that version? (how can I find out?)

If so, how can I best upgrade veeam em?

Just download and apply Update 2. Both backup and EM services will be updated to the same version (2021). Thanks.

I'll see if we can have a downtime window. And how can I know the version of the enterprise manager without login in to see if this actually could be the issue?

Locate Veeam.Backup.Enterprise.Core.dll and discover its version in "details" window. Thanks.
