Veeam Enterprise upgrade from 12.0 -> 12.1

Anybody else having issues with installing any 12.1 upgrades?
Had several issues with upgrading VBR to 12.1....but finally got installed.
Now trying my attempt on Veeam Enterprise Manager.
However, I get to the point of where the installer will not continue because the ports are in use......
So opened a case # 07145983 to get this resolved.
Found out the installer fails to shutdown the Veeam services that are actively using those ports. That seems like a bug with the installer.
The support rep just wants me to shut down the all the services and do the install. That would be the simple resolution.
I asked to get the application team on the case and debug the installer to get to the root of the issue but I guess my issue does not warrant this kind of action.

Anybody else have this problem upgrading Veeam Enterprise to 12.1.
BTW...Veeam Enterprise 12.0 is working.
