Veeam Essentials per VM subscription option canceled?

Hi,

I wanted to convert our 2socket Veeam Essential license to the per VM subscription license. I've received a very good offer from our sales agent and had only a short question regarding the prices in the following years.

Now I received the answer that Veeam had canceled this license model:-(

Any explanation for this?

I'm still waiting for an official reply from our sales agent.

Thank you, but licensing is rather tough topic, as current offerings, models, available options depend on various factors (partner status, geographic region, etc.) we might necessarily be aware of.

So, in order to avoid potentially unreliable information it's better to reach sales representative. Thus, my recommendations.
