I'm running 2 Exagrid units and experienced the same issue of lost backups. Since installing the patch for KB 2249 I haven't seen the issue. I'm now looking to install Update 2 for Veeam 9.5. Can anyone confirm if Update 2 includes the fix for KB 2249?

Hi Chris, unless you haven't updated yet, yes, this fix was included in the Update 2.
