Veeam Exception / can't open new case

Hello guys I Need your help once again,

Our backup Jobs are get occassionally the above mentioned error message. The session type doesn't matter. The error occurs mostly on the first try and first retry, before the backup Job Ends in a success on it's second try. We downloaded the logfiles and in some cases the error message is as followed:
01. Cannot read data from the socket. Requested data size: [13].
02. An exception was thrown from thread [12840]. (The thread number changes with every new error). 03. Failed to perform IO device reconnection.
04. Network reconnection is disabled.

This is the statistics Report for one of our failed backups:

I tried to open up a case on your Support site, but it always says that the Support ID belongs to another Company, although I tried the first eight Digits of our Support ID and the last eight Digits of our Support ID (not sure why I can't type in all sixteen Digits). What should I do now?
