Veeam Explorer for Microsoft Exchange - configuration

Hello,
I've a question about "Veeam Explorer for Microsoft Exchange".
Strangely on the Veeam server I can open and especially recover messages, while remotely I open the console but when I try to recover a message it gives me an error.
somewhere, I don't know where, I must have configured the Explorer incorrectly.
If I enter the "Options", everything is correct.
In the Restore Wizard, when I get to the penultimate window where the CAS must be specified, it doesn't display anything. If I write the CAS by hand, then going forward it tells me
Failed to open mailbox. The HTTP request is unauthorized with client authentication scheme 'Negotiate'. The authentication header received from the server was 'Negotiate'.

Sounds like a technical issue, and as noted when creating a topic, please start with a Support Case. We won't be able to troubleshoot over the forums regrettably, and a review of the logs will likely be best bet to advance this situation.
