veeam fail to perfom a faiover replica

I have a question, last night we faced an issue, on a failover action.

the network is down on our main server room (the veeam backup storage is stored this room).

When we tried to lauch a failover now,we have an error message.

here the translation, sorry for my english: Error A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed

it seem to make a fail over the replica need to access to backup. I don'tknow how to make a fail over now. Could you help us

update: it's seem it's because the failover now tried to contact our Vcenter (which is in the main room too, so unattainable).

Right, access to vCenter Server is required during failover, provided VMs are added via vCenter.
