Hi Experts,
File-level backup for Endpoints
I have successfully installed veeam on our server.
We have a total of 60 endpoints.
1. I don't want to install the agent in every endpoint manually, is it possible?
2. And I want the backup job to run in the veeam server, not in the endpoint (agent), and schedule the backup job in such a way that not every endpoint job runs
at the same time to avoid the bottleneck in the server(or can I group my endpoints in different groups and map a schedule to a group)
3. Users using the endpoints should not be able to schedule a backup from the agent. (is this possible).
3. Is there any limit for concurrent jobs to run in veeam.
4. Can we do incremental backup for file-level backup, does veeam take a snapshot for file-level backup?
Veeam Server Specs (CPU 2 x 8 Cores / 64 GB RAM )
Thanks!

Re: Veeam file level backup
Hi!
1. Yes, Protection Groups can mass\auto-deploy agents on machines
2. Check out Managed by Server backup job
3. Yes, same as above
4. Technically none, however some limits might apply with default settings, depending on your setup. For example, Repository tasks are limited to 4 by default. Each agent job to this repository will be treated as a single task.
5. Yes and Yes.
