Veeam FLR - Hang at Starting restore session...

Hi, I am performing a test restore for a large file server (16TB VBK file). The session seems to hang at "Starting Restore session..." I have had a few notifications stating that the session will end due to it being idle and I have clicked cancel but its been running for nearly 2 hours now and still no drive listing..

I can see in c:\VeeamFLR that the backup is mounted and I can even browse most of the volumes... any idea why I am not getting a listing in the FLR window?
