Veeam hangs when trying remove VC

We have a new VC server so i want to remove the old one from the Veeam B & R 4.1 Console, when i try to do this the server just seems to hang
as shown in the image



i have left it there for 30 minutes now and it just seems to have hung the box

any ideas ?

its ok i left it for about 90 minutes and eventually it deleted it...
