Hello,
I have veeam back server that has several SQL Server 2005 and 2008 objects installed and I was wondering if these app objects could have been installed during the initial Veeam installation.

By default Veeam will go about installing a SQL instance and creating the DB for you. If you have an already existing instance then you can point the installation towards this instance and Veeam will create its DB within.
