Veeam instant VM recovery for hardened linux repository backup

Hi, is the instant recovery available for the backups that resides on hardened linux repository? What are the requirements for this feature? Thank you.

Yes, it's available.
Veeam uses the vPowerNFS Service on a managed windows mount server to provide the backup files from the hardened repository to the vsphere host, when you start the instant vm recovery. The Default will be the veeam backup server. But you can configure a dedicated mount server in this step.

No additional requirements necessary for hardened repo besides that
