Veeam lic per cpu core?

Hi,

I'd search around this forum and found many mention of Veeam lic (both Veeam Backup & Replication and ONE) depend on number of core in a CPU. Tier A for 1-6 cores and Tier B for 7-12 cores.
But when I call my sales, they said Veeam lic is nolonger depend on core, is this correct?
I'd also email Veeam about this but receive no reply.

I'm not involved in sales, but I'm pretty sure that you still have to license your environment either with Tier A and Tier B licenses. Could you please tell me who was the sales rep that you've spoken to?

Just checked in the propartner portal, TierA/B is still present in the price list.
