Hi everyone!
We have a fully licensed copy of Veeam 3.1 installed on 2003 server.
Everything is working fine, but we are seeing log file errors, that Veeam is unable to write to this log file.
Cannot write into storage C:\Documents and Settings\desktop\Local Settings\Application Data\Veeam\Backup\VeeamBackupService.log.
If we look at the 7,856kb log file, the last entry was written as off today, so why the error?
Can we delete this file and recreate it?
Any other suggestions?
Thanks!
Veeam rocks!
Peter

Re: Veeam Log error
Hello Peter,
This log file is used to store information about the activity of Veeam Service, and would be automatically re-created,if you delete it. It seems to be some permission issue though, so could you please remove it from that folder and see if it solves your problem or not, however could you tell us when and where do you see such kind of error?
Thank you
