Veeam Mobile Apps Needed

Post by timlongbotham »

Hi All
I don't know about everyone else but I'm in dire need of a mobile app to monitor VBR jobs and even an app that integrates with Veeam One. Email notifications just don't cut it for me when monitoring over 200 jobs and infrasturcture globally.
Even just a connection to Enterprise manager initially would be a huge step forward but the ultimate would be Veeam One Monitor integration too. MFA would be essential to satisfy our security folks.

Is there anything like this on the horizon?

Hi Tim,
There is no current work on the mobile apps, however you can check unofficial mobile app for basic monitoring and management of VBR jobs.
Although it's unofficial it's written by current and former Veeam employees.
Talking about Veeam ONE app, what functionality, besides job status alarms, would you like to have there at first?
Thanks!

It would be infrastructure alarms and being able to see infrastructure status on VMs such as storage space left, RAM/CPU usage. Hypervisor level events too such as host failures. Essentially Veeam Monitor functionality.
I'll look into the unofficial app but I do think Veeam apps are an avenue worth heading down.
