veeam/nimble snapshot integration

i was testing veeam/nimble snapshot integration and it seems that volume collections isn't need on all volumes on nimble for storage snapshot to work , just one

1 ) i sat up the volume collections on one volume on the nimble in accordance with https://www.veeam.com/blog/nimble-stora ... guide.html
2 ) added the nimble to veeam with all volumes
3 ) ran a backup of a server that wasn't on the volume which i setup volume collection on and it ran from storage snapshot without any problems as far as i can see

anyone else see that before ?
any danger of corrupt backups ?

Ho Morten, volume collections are required for scenarios involving secondary Nimble storage only.
