Veeam Plugin for Oracle - initiate backup from Veeam Backup console?

Hi,

We are using the Veeam plug in for Oracle to backup our Oracle databases. We currently initiate the backups from the database servers. Is it possible to use the Veeam Backup console to initiate the Veeam plug in for Oracle Backups, and in that way centralise the command and control of the Oracle backups?

Not yet, but this is something we've been working on, so I guess you may want to give V12 beta a shot. To do that, please reach out to Veeam sales representatives in your region.
