Dear R&D team,
Hopefully this is a valid topic for this forum.
We are currently planning tests for the Infortrend EonStor GS3012R which could be used as S3 appliance within our datacenter. The goal is to host S3 services to customers and act as provider (hopefully with VCSP in the future - I'm working hard for it).
The Veeam Ready Repository database only lists the "EonStor GS Family GS 3016 Gen2" which is not exactly the model we currently have for testing purposes. How to get an information about Veeam readiness? The certificate is quite important for us when it comes to support.
Thanks in advance!
Lukas

Re: Veeam Ready Repository - Request Infortrend GS3012R
@Lukas-K please work with the storage provider. They must submit an application for this model and send the test results to the Veeam Ready team. The application is on the Veeam ProPartner portal
.

Re: Veeam Ready Repository - Request Infortrend GS3012R
Hello Lukas, this is Infortrend. The performance of the GS3012R is approximately 75% of that of the GS3016.
In terms of functionality, all supported features are included. Does this answer your question?
Thanks!
Peter

Re: Veeam Ready Repository - Request Infortrend GS3012R
Hi Peter,
Thanks for reaching out. So if I get you right, the GS3012R is already fully supported but at litte slower?
That would help a lot, thank you!
