Veeam Replication question

I am installing veam backup and replicator on a virtual machine and want to start replicating our virtual machines.
We have 3 ESX servers which are connected to our fibre SAN and the virtual machine which veam is installed on is on these esx servers and on the fibre SAN. The question I have is that i have setup a larger datastore on our fibre SAN which is connected to our ESX servers. I want the virtual machine which is veam is installed on to replicate the VM's to this large datastore. Is this possible to do , do you need to choose a specific transfer mode in the replication wizard to do this.
