I want to restore a DC to a Test Lab. Does any of the Veeam Restore option affect your Daily Backup in terms of VSS, Etc.?

I want to know if I restore and Entire VM with a Different Name, Different Network and expert to a OVF file if it will change my Backup or affect VSS in anyway for the Original DC

No, restore process doesn’t affect your backup scheme.
