Veeam setup cannot install Microsoft Universal C Runtime

Hello,
I'm trying to upgrade Veeam Backup to my customer from 9.5.0.1922 to 9.5.4 u4b using the iso file.
When veeam setup check for prerequisites, it fails on Microsoft Universal C Runtime but it is not able to install the component.
Which version of Microsoft Universal C Runtime can I download to bypass this issue ?
I'm working on Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1. From Control Panel I see:

Found by myself. The right version is
Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015, 2017 e 2019
