Veeam Software Appliance email notifications

Where can you setup email notifications for jobs in web UI for Veeam Software Appliance? Is this possible as I cannot find it. I had this set up in V12 before moving to SWA. Does it require downloading and installing the SWA desktop client to be able to do this?

E-Mail Notification Settings will be added to the Web UI in our upcomming version 13.1.
For now, please use the Windows based backup console to configure notification settings.
